On 13th May 1950 the very first Formula 1 Grand Prix was held in Silverstone. Almost exactly 69 years later Automobilist Launches Commemorative Formula 1® 1000th Grand Prix™ posters.
To commemorate Formula 1’s 1000th Grand Prix - held in Shanghai in April 2019 Automobilist has created a unique set of officially licensed posters for Formula 1® The bespoke posters will showcase the legacy of Formula 1 racing, marking its 1000th Grand Prix in Shanghai, China on April 14, 2019. To honour this historical race, Formula 1 has commissioned Automobilist to render a unique set of officially licensed posters. The first poster of the set, produced using state-of-the-art 3D rendering techniques - is set in classic white and embossed in gold foil.
